Ed Edd n Eddy the Underwater City is a fan fiction in progress created by constinet gr. After Edtroplis fails and the Eds beat up again by Kevin, The Eds get the idea to make Edtroplis again, but make it underwater, so the Eds build an underwater city.

Ed - It was Ed's idea to make the underwater city. Ed is still best friends with Edd and Eddy and he is strongest and dumbest.
Eddy - Is the leader of the Eds. He still scams and was one of the creators of the underwater city. He is still best friends with Ed and Edd.
Edd - Created the designs for the underwater city. He is smartest and weakest one. He is still best friends with Ed and Eddy.
Jonny 2x4 - Is still with Plank and makes an appearance as Captain Melonhead.
Plank - Still Jonny's best buddy.
Kevin - After the Eds built the underwater city, Kevin tried to kill the Eds. However, Edd called robot security who threw Kevin out of their new underwater city. He still hangs out with Rolf and Nazz.
Nazz - She still hangs out with Kevin. Nazz opened up a underwater beauty salon.
Rolf - Opened up a underwater farm, which he farms in.
The Kankers - They tried to ruin the underwater city, but were kicked out by security.
